Deck overview

This Golgari deck leverages Umori, the Collector to reduce the casting cost of sorceries, enabling rapid deployment of its 29 copies of Slime Against Humanity. The primary game plan accelerates into Thrumming Stone via early green ramp or black tutors, casting a single Slime to trigger a cascade of Ripple 4 triggers that deploy 15 to 25 trample Oozes in one turn. Card advantage engines such as Elemental Bond and Garruk's Uprising draw cards off every entering Ooze, refilling the hand instantly. A robust suite of Golgari interaction, including Assassin's Trophy, Force of Vigor, and Culling Ritual, handles opposing threats while Heroic Intervention and Veil of Summer shield critical turns. If the ripple plan is delayed, the deck transitions smoothly into linear beatdown, as each resolved or countered Slime permanently enlarges subsequent casts.
