Deck overview

This deck is a Simic +1/+1 counters and X-spell stompy deck commanded by Primo, the Unbounded. The strategy accelerates mana early through efficient dorks, land ramps, and specialized scaling engines like Elementalist's Palette and Kami of Whispered Hopes. It deploys counter doublers such as Branching Evolution, Doubling Season, and Unbound Flourishing to turn X-cost creatures into massive threats. Once Primo or a standalone base-0 Hydra attacks, Primo's trigger doubles the pressure by creating equal-sized 0/0 Fractal tokens upon dealing combat damage. Supported by trample enablers like Garruk's Uprising and Sphere Grid, the deck overwhelms opponents with massive combat damage over two response cycles, finishing around Turn 7. Secondary win paths include Simic Ascendancy and direct damage from Walking Ballista. The deck's primary limitations are its vulnerability to board wipes, minimal instant-speed interaction, and lack of tutoring.
