The Wise Mothman leads a Sultai midrange mill and counter-proliferation strategy. The deck uses rad counters and mill engines to deplete opponent libraries, trigger Mothman to distribute +1/+1 counters, and grow an evasive army. Secondary win paths leverage potent self-mill recursion and infinite loops like Bloodchief Ascension with Mindcrank or Food Chain with Eternal Scourge. High-impact engines such as Syr Konrad, the Grim and Wolverine, Claws Out rapidly convert milled nonlands into direct damage and lethal combat swings.
