Deck overview

This is a spellslinger-tribal hybrid built around Lord of the Nazgul. The primary plan is to cast instants and sorceries after the commander, generating 3/3 menace Wraiths, then hit nine or more Wraiths and turn the whole army into 9/9s for an alpha strike. Secondary paths use Professor Onyx's Magecraft drain and the nine Nazgul, Ringwraiths, and Sauron, the Necromancer to grind out Wraith beats even if the commander is offline. The commander is the central engine; there is no hidden commander, but the nine Nazgul act as a near-commander tribal core. Roaming Throne and Maskwood Nexus multiply triggers.
