Black Waltz No. 3 leads a Rakdos burn and spellslinger strategy designed to incinerate the table through rapid noncreature spell casts. The commander deals two damage to every opponent whenever a noncreature spell is cast, turning low-cost cantrips, burn spells, and rituals into devastating table-wide life loss. The deck amplifies this output using damage multipliers like Solphim, Mayhem Dominus, Torbran, Thane of Red Fell, and Ojer Axonil, Deepest Might, or infect enablers like Phyresis to secure fast eliminations. Alternatively, it can finish games out of nowhere with a Dualcaster Mage and Saw in Half copy loop, creating overwhelming redundancy across all avenues.
