Deck overview

This Naya deck utilizes Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER as a high-velocity Voltron and combat-engine commander. The primary strategy accelerates mana in the opening turns, deploys high-stat Equipment such as Colossus Hammer, Buster Sword, or The Reaver Cleaver, and casts Cloud on Turn 4. Cloud's enter-the-battlefield trigger bypasses equip costs by immediately attaching an Equipment to himself. Because Cloud has printed haste, he attacks immediately upon deployment, drawing cards and creating Treasure tokens whenever his power reaches 7 or greater. The deck converts single-target commander damage into table lethality using damage multipliers like Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar, Chandra's Ignition, or infinite extra-combat loops with Aggravated Assault and Bear Umbra. A dense suite of Equipment tutors guarantees consistency, while extensive protection featuring Conqueror's Flail, Teferi's Protection, and Sunforger shields the commander across the required two response cycles.
