Oloro Lifegain/Control WIP by Nontoxickappa

Format: Commander

Commander: Oloro, Ageless Ascetic

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Oloro, Ageless Ascetic is an Esper lifegain control deck that deliberately leaves its commander in the command zone. The upkeep life gain feeds a drain package: Sanguine Bond, Vito, Enduring Tenacity, or Marauding Blight-Priest, and any of them plus Exquisite Blood forms an infinite life-loss loop on the next upkeep. It also has independent alt-win conditions in Test of Endurance and Approach of the Second Sun, backed by Angel beatdown and board wipes. Heliod, the Radiant Dawn // Warped Eclipse is a support card, not a hidden commander; the front face rebuys enchantments and the back grants flash/cost reduction. The deck is resilient but not fast.
