New Untitled Deck by user5519553

Format: Commander

Commander: Kona, Rescue Beastie

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This mono-green Kona deck wins by cheating massive permanents into play for free. Kona, Rescue Beastie is the primary engine: tap her before your second main phase and you put any permanent from hand directly onto the battlefield, bypassing mana costs of 8-12 drops like Blightsteel Colossus, Ghalta, and Void Winnower. Secondary paths hard-cast those threats with cost reducers (Emerald Medallion, Nylea, Ghalta, Primal Hunger) and convoke, or use backup cheats Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant, Smuggler's Surprise, and Defense of the Heart. Ghalta, Stampede Tyrant acts as a hidden commander, while Nyxbloom Ancient and Vorinclex serve as mana engines that let you cast the hand when Kona is answered.
