Epic meal time by Brenvarax

Format: Commander

Commander: Samwise Gamgee

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Samwise Gamgee leads a Selesnya Food and token value deck that wins through incremental lifegain and wide boards rather than infinite combos. Samwise makes a Food whenever another nontoken creature enters and can trade three Foods to return any historic card, which fuels grindy recursion. The deck doubles tokens with Mondrak and Peregrin Took, triples them with Academy Manufactor, and draws heavily off creature and lifegain triggers. Real wins come from Felidar Sovereign at 40+ life, Aetherflux Reservoir storm, Psychosis Crawler drain, or Altar of the Brood mill, with Gandalf the White and Eladamri, Korvecdal acting as value engines that double triggers and cheat creatures.
