Namor by baum202

Format: Commander

Commander: Namor the Sub-Mariner

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

A tempo-midrange monoblue deck that uses Namor's ability to convert every noncreature spell with blue mana symbols into Merfolk tokens, steadily growing his power while flooding the board. The primary plan is to chain cheap instants, cantrips, and bounce spells, control the table with counters and removal, then close via Tetsuko Umezawa's unblockable 1/1s and a large flying Namor. The 99 includes Namor, Scourge of the Seas as a hidden commander for connive and flying synergy, plus a recursion engine with Hullbreaker Horror, Ghostly Flicker, Mystic Sanctuary, and One with the Multiverse. Rhystic Study and other draw engines fuel the storm of blue spells.
