Deck overview

This deck is a Grixis Spellslinger Burn strategy that leverages low-mana noncreature spells to trigger damage pingers, generate tokens, and amass card velocity. Commanded by Kefka, Court Mage, the list uses incidental discard and card advantage to fuel a dense network of burn engines such as Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, and Vivi Ornitier. Supported by cost-reducers and spell duplicators like Veyran, Voice of Duality and Harmonic Prodigy, the deck steadily whittles down opponent life totals before closing the game via explosive storm chains, an overloaded Mizzix's Mastery, a large Torment of Hailfire, or an infinite creature loop with Naru Meha, Master Wizard and Twinflame. While lacking fast cEDH tutors and free countermagic, its high density of redundant engines, cantrips, and efficient interaction makes it a resilient, mid-speed combo-burn contender.
