Commander: Strefan, Maurer Progenitor

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Strefan, Maurer Progenitor leads a Rakdos Vampire deck built around generating and spending Blood tokens. The primary plan is to attack with Strefan, sacrifice two Blood tokens to cheat expensive Vampires into play tapped and attacking, then use the resulting attacks to fuel more Blood generation. A secondary line uses Blood-token looting to trigger discard payoffs such as Magmakin Artillerist, Faith of the Devoted, and Cool but Rude; with Bloodletter of Aclazotz, those effects become a table-wide life-loss burst. No hidden commander is needed; Falkenrath Gorger is a key support piece giving every Vampire madness. The deck closes through combat beats from grown Vampires or a large Blood-token burst.
