Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Grixis Villain kindred midrange build commanded by Loki, the Deceiver. The primary strategy focuses on establishing early mana acceleration through low-cost mana rocks, deploying utility Villains that connive or generate tokens, and casting Loki to duplicate those threats on attack. By copying impactful creatures such as Ultron the Annihilator, Doctor Doom, or Roaming Throne, the deck triggers cascading enter-the-battlefield abilities, drains opponent life totals, and refills the hand via combat damage triggers. Interaction is robust, featuring low-cost counterspells, spot removal, and asymmetric sweepers like Raise the Palisade. While lacking compact infinite combos or fast stax locks, the deck maintains steady pressure and resilient card flow, grinding out opponents through overwhelming combat and drain engines over a 3-cycle finish window.
