Deck overview

This deck is a Bant +1/+1 counters midrange build commanded by Yuna, Grand Summoner. Yuna functions as a mana accelerant and counter engine, adding two +1/+1 counters to creatures you cast and transferring counters when modified permanents die. The deck accelerates through early ramp pieces like Farseek, Incubation Druid, and Gyre Sage to cast Yuna on Turn 3. During the midgame, it deploys impactful creatures and Saga Summons such as Wakka, Devoted Guardian, Fathom Mage, and Summon: Bahamut to draw cards and build massive board presence. Decisive pressure peaks around Turn 6, leveraging evasion and double strike from Sphere Grid, Chocobo Knights, and Damning Verdict to eliminate opponents across combat turns by Turn 8. The deck features strong counter retention and high creature redundancy, though it relies on natural card flow due to limited tutoring and remains vulnerable to exile-based sweepers.
