Deck overview

This mono-blue planeswalker deck is led by Geist of Saint Thalia, a 2-mana commander that discounts all noncreature spells by {1}. This cost reduction accelerates planeswalkers, mana rocks, stax pieces, and countermagic. The primary win condition is an infinite combo between Teferi, Temporal Archmage and The Chain Veil, which generates infinite loyalty activations, infinite mana, and draws the library to win via Jace, Wielder of Mysteries on Turn 5. The deck protects its setup with efficient counterspells and uncounterable spell enablers while using stax pieces like Narset, Parter of Veils, Winter Moon, and Propaganda to slow opposing aggression. Backup plans leverage Ichormoon Gauntlet extra turns and Deepglow Skate counter doubling.
