Commander: Tony Stark // The Invincible Iron Man

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an Izzet artifact-Voltron deck commanded by Tony Stark // The Invincible Iron Man. The front side acts as a repeatable artifact tutor, filling your hand with key equipment. The transformed back side has haste and, at the beginning of combat, can put an artifact card from your hand directly onto the battlefield-attaching it if it's an Equipment. This allows you to cheat expensive equipment into play for free every combat, then attack immediately with the suited-up commander. The primary win condition is commander damage via double strike, trample, and extra combat steps (Full Throttle, Grim Reaper's Sprint). Backup plans include overwhelming artifact tokens (Knuckles the Echidna's 30-artifact alternate win condition) and Karn, Scion of Urza or Storm the Vault for value. The deck is highly synergistic, leveraging artifact synergies for mana, card advantage, and combat devastation.
