Commander: Norman Osborn // Green Goblin

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Grixis self-discard commander deck built around transforming Norman Osborn into Green Goblin, whose mayhem ability lets you recast every nonland card discarded this turn at its mana cost, with a {2} discount. The primary plan is to fill the graveyard with loot effects, then chain those same loot effects from the graveyard to trigger discard payoffs such as Glint-Horn Buccaneer, Magmakin Artillerist, and Faith of the Devoted, draining all opponents. Green Goblin also reduces the cost of every graveyard spell, making the chain almost free. Secondary paths include an alternate instant-win via Demonic Consultation plus Thassa's Oracle, and a Notion Thief/Windfall draw-disruption package; Kefka acts as a hidden commander/wheel engine.
