Pia Nalaar, Consul of Revival leads an aggressive Boros exile-cast deck: every spell cast from exile - and every land played from exile - becomes a hasty Thopter. The 99 is a dense package of impulse effects (Reckless Impulse, Wrenn's Resolve, Light Up the Stage, Wild Wasteland, Kayla's Music Box, Bonehoard Dracosaur) that effectively doubles the cards seen each turn, while a turbo base of Sol Ring, Mana Vault, the Moxen, and four rituals get the commander down on turns 1-2. Thopters and Treasures feed the two burn engines, Impact Tremors and Reckless Fireweaver, with Stridehangar Automaton and Delney, Streetwise Lookout multiplying the token output. The deck wins through a critical chain turn - Improvisation Capstone or Call Forth the Tempest - or an Underworld Breach + Lion's Eye Diamond burst, with Knuckles the Echidna's thirty-artifact altar as the slow backup.
