Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This four-color list is an ETB-value deck built around Kynaios and Tiro's extra draw and land drop. The primary plan is to accelerate into K&T, then chain flicker effects with Soulherder, Flickerwisp, Brago, and Teleportation Circle to generate card advantage until assembling an infinite blink loop. The main win line is Felidar Guardian plus Restoration Angel with a damage payoff such as Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors, or Warleader's Call. A secondary loop uses Cloud of Faeries, Eternal Witness, Ghostly Flicker, and Panharmonicon to repeat ETBs indefinitely. Brago works as a hidden commander, multiplying value on combat, while beatdown through Purphoros and small creatures remains an incidental path.
