Deck overview

Rose Tyler and the Tenth Doctor form a Jeskai suspend-and-time-counter engine. The deck's plan is to weaponize time counters: suspend early accelerants and card draw, attack with the Tenth Doctor to turn random nonlands into suspended spells, and use his Timey-Wimey ability to blow through counters and cast extra-turn spells immediately. Rose Tyler grows with every time counter and becomes the primary commander-damage finisher. The decisive path is a Panoptic Mirror imprinting Time Warp or Capture of Jingzhou for an upkeep-based infinite-turn loop. Backup lines use Jhoira or Doom's Time Platform to re-suspend extra-turn spells, and Aurelia/Super State can convert extra combats into a fast kill. Jhoira of the Ghitu is the hidden backup commander.
