Deck overview

Jeskai prowess/equipment hybrid built around Narset, Enlightened Exile. The deck opens with small hasters and looters, ramps toward Narset, then uses her attack trigger to recast cheap noncreature spells from graveyards while prowess grows the team. The primary kill is a deterministic combat loop: Sword of Feast and Famine and Aggravated Assault on a connecting attacker fund unlimited extra combats and commander damage. Secondary wins come from Kykar/Elsha/Stormchaser's Talent token swarms and Rite of the Dragoncaller dragons after a long spell chain. Elsha of the Infinite acts as a hidden backup commander, letting the deck dig and cast from the top if Narset is taxed or answered.
