Marneus equipment matters by BokitBoss92

Commander: Marneus Calgar

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Esper artifact-tokens deck helmed by Marneus Calgar. The plan is to reduce artifact costs with Etherium Sculptor, Foundry Inspector, and Voyager Quickwelder, chain cheap artifact casts into token makers like Sai, Master Thopterist, Efficient Construction, Mirrodin Besieged, and Golem Foundry, and let Marneus's Master Tactician convert every token ETB into a card draw. That draw engine feeds the deck's single compact infinite line - Marneus + Nadir Kraken + Ashnod's Altar - producing infinite mana, cards, and tokens, converted into a kill by Urza, Lord High Artificer and a hasted Kaldra Compleat-equipped Marneus. A 13-piece Equipment subtheme, with Cloud, Midgar Mercenary doubling Equipment triggers, gives the deck a durable voltron/beatdown backup and a natural rebuild through creature wipes.
