Deck overview

This Trostani, Selesnya's Voice deck is a midrange lifegain-and-populate strategy that converts creature-toughness-triggered lifegain into an ever-growing board of tokens and a ballooning life total. The commander's ETB lifegain and populate ability pair with anthems, token doublers, and life-based win conditions. The primary path to victory is reaching life thresholds for Felidar Sovereign or Test of Endurance, or using Aetherflux Reservoir after chaining lifegain triggers. Combat wins with Beastmaster Ascension or Overwhelming Stampede serve as secondary lines. The deck relies on gradual value, light ramp, and moderate removal to survive the early game before unleashing its life total or an overwhelming token army.
