Deck overview

This Grixis deck is a discard-matters engine built around Doctor Doom, King of Latveria. The primary plan is to churn cards through looting/cycling and convert every discard into opponent life loss via Glint-Horn Buccaneer, Magmakin Artillerist, Feast of Sanity, Seismic Assault, and the commander's land drain. Secondary paths are a Villain beatdown curve with Doom's menace/connive and a big-draw burst finish using Peer into the Abyss, Teferi's Ageless Insight, Notion Thief, then Tolarian Winds to discard a huge hand. The hidden payoff is Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin: the front face mass-discards and draws per card type, while the transformed Ruler face turns opponent life loss into card draw, powering Curiosity chains.
