Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Jund reanimator strategy piloted by Slimefoot and Squee. The core engine leverages the commander's ability to repeatedly return itself and another creature from the graveyard by sacrificing Saproling tokens created on entry and attack. Early turns prioritize mana dorks and graveyard setup via Entomb, Buried Alive, and Survival of the Fittest. By turn 4, the deck cheats game-ending threats such as Etali, Primal Conqueror, Valgavoth, Terror Eater, and Vaultborn Tyrant directly into play. Token generation from the commander fuels sacrifice outlets like Skullclamp and Phyrexian Altar to draw cards and maintain mana velocity. If the commander is removed, redundant reanimation spells ensure seamless continuity. The deck closes games around turn 6 with overwhelming combat damage amplified by Craterhoof Behemoth or Anger-enabled alpha strikes.
