This Azorius voltron-control deck is built around Dragonlord Ojutai as a resilient, card-advantage-generating commander. The core plan is to deploy Ojutai, suit him up with equipment and auras for evasion, double strike, and protection, then use his hexproof-while-untapped ability to safely accumulate card advantage each combat. The deck blends a potent commander-damage kill with a control shell of counterspells, instant-speed removal, pillowfort effects (Ghostly Prison, Propaganda), and mass creature wipes to keep the board clear.
