Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Sultai Big-Mana deck piloted by Zaxara, the Exemplary. Rather than pursuing infinite-mana untapper combos, the build plays a dedicated fair X-spell and Hydra stompy strategy. The deck accelerates in the opening turns with traditional land ramp and artifacts, deploying Zaxara as both a ramp rock and a value engine. Every X-spell cast subsequently generates an additional scalable Hydra token, rapidly building a wide and tall battlefield presence. The deck fuels its mid-to-late game through massive card-draw spells like Stroke of Genius, Finale of Revelation, and Mathemagics, translating enormous mana pools into insurmountable board states. It closes games by overrunning opponents through sheer combat dominance with cards like Finale of Devastation, Biomass Mutation, and Open into Wonder, or through large burst damage from Exsanguinate. While resilient to singular threats due to massive card draw, it remains vulnerable to board wipes and dedicated fast combo decks.
