Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul artifact-token and creature-cloning engine commanded by Aerid Konstrari. The strategy accelerates on early turns using low-cost ramp and deploys Aerid on Turn 3 to generate Heartwood artifact mana tokens. From Turn 4 onward, the deck duplicates Aerid and other high-impact creatures using clone spells and token multipliers like Twinflame, Orthion, Hero of Lavabrink, and Flameshadow Conjuring. Even when legendary copies die to the legend rule, their entry and death triggers flood the board with Heartwood mana rocks. This massive artifact count fuels passive burn from Ingenious Artillerist and Reckless Fireweaver, explosive overrun attacks via Craterclaw Colossus and Depthshaker Titan, or sweeping burn with Chandra's Ignition. While the deck features robust mana recovery through resilient artifact tokens, it relies heavily on natural card draw to find specific finishers and protection spells.
