This deck is a mono-black Aristocrats and Edict Control build commanded by Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER. The primary strategy focuses on deploying low-cost sacrifice fodder on Turns 1–2, casting Sephiroth on Turn 3, and triggering a group sacrifice creature like Fleshbag Marauder on Turn 4. Causing four creatures to die transforms Sephiroth into Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel, granting an indestructible Super Nova emblem that drains 1 life from target opponents whenever any creature dies.
