Format: Commander

Commander: Beorn the Fierce

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Beorn the Fierce leads a mono-green Bear-stompy deck built to turn on his three-Bear draw trigger as early as turn 5. The primary plan is to ramp into Beorn, deploy cheap Bears and changelings, then attack with a trampling board while Beorn's combat trigger adds trample counters and draws two cards. Secondary paths are The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl's token swarm, Dancing from Dark to Dawn's landfall Bear tokens, and March of the World Ooze's 6/6 army. Finishers are Overwhelming Stampede, Germination Practicum, and Return of the Wildspeaker. There is no hidden commander; Beorn, Reluctant Host // Till and Tend is a supporting legendary with ramp adventure.
