Deck overview

This Abzan deck is a +1/+1 counter attrition deck built around Felothar, Dawn of the Abzan. Felothar turns entering or attacking into a repeatable sacrifice outlet that spreads counters across the team; Hardened Scales, Conclave Mentor, and Corpsejack Menace amplify those counters. Secondary paths include Betor, Kin to All's end-step life drain and the flying/trample/deathtouch counter payoffs. There is no hidden commander and no double-faced commander in the command zone; the 99 includes Dragon synergies such as Dromoka, the Eternal, but they support the counter plan. The deck wins by making a few enormous evasive creatures or by grinding all opponents down with Betor.
