New Untitled Deck by MasterChief

Format: Commander

Commander: Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive is the unblockable enabler at the center of a mono-blue tempo-control list. The primary plan is to deploy 1-power and 1-toughness creatures and Bird tokens that cannot be blocked, then draw cards off combat damage to keep the engine alive. Secondary paths are flyer beatdown with Windstorm Drake and The Lord of the Eagles, and a recursion-based mill plan using Traumatize and Maddening Cacophony that can set up a self-mill Thassa's Oracle finish. There is no hidden commander; Murmuring Mystic and Lier are the closest build-around engines. Tetsuko herself is not a combo piece: her job is to make the small, creature-heavy draw package connect consistently while counterspells protect the board.
