Deck overview

This deck is a Selesnya midrange strategy built around Trostani, Selesnya's Voice. It combines lifegain triggers with the populate mechanic to multiply high-impact creature tokens. Early turns focus on establishing mana acceleration through ramp creatures and spells, followed by casting Trostani and synergistic token generators such as Crested Sunmare, Phyrexian Processor, or Resplendent Angel. Each new creature enters to trigger Trostani's lifegain, buffering your life total and triggering scaling payoffs like Archangel of Thune, Nykthos Paragon, and Voice of the Blessed. The deck closes games primarily through overwhelming combat damage, leveraging team-wide buffs from Blossoming Bogbeast or Finale of Devastation, or directly eliminating opponents with Aetherflux Reservoir. While resilient against direct damage thanks to high life totals and capable of rapid rebuilding, the deck is vulnerable to board sweepers that exile or bounce permanents and lacks stack interaction against fast combo strategies.
