Commander: The Ever-Changing 'Dane

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Ever-Changing 'Dane is an Esper shapeshifter-reanimator that uses the graveyard as both a combo and value engine. The primary plan is to fill the bin with Buried Alive, Ripples of Undeath, and Doom Whisperer, then reanimate Mikaeus, Luminous Broodmoth, and Gray Merchant to assemble a loop with Ashnod's Altar that drains the table. A secondary path uses Living Death as a one-card mass reanimation and 'Dane's copy ability to turn sacrificed fatties into an evasive commander for 21 damage, while Kokusho and Karmic Guide provide incremental drain and recursion. The commander is flexible, not required.
