Selvala, Explorer Returned by Mouraix

Format: Commander

Commander: Selvala, Explorer Returned

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Selvala, Explorer Returned is an early-ramp and card-draw engine. The deck's primary path is to convert Parley mana and symmetric card draw into a wide token board, then finish with Craterhoof Behemoth. Secondary paths are Felidar Sovereign (life stays at 40) and Psychosis Crawler with large hand sizes. Selvala's role is mana acceleration and digging; the 99 contains Selvala, Heart of the Wilds as a hidden commander that can be untapped with Vitalize for burst mana. Caretaker's Talent and Court of Grace give repeatable token generation while drawing cards, and instant-speed protection lets the deck survive a crackback after the alpha strike. The deck wins through overwhelming creature count rather than fast combos.
