This Sultai deck is a top-deck value engine helmed by Glarb, Calamity's Augur. Glarb's static ability lets you play lands and cast spells with mana value 4 or greater from the top of your library, while his tap ability surveils 2 to set up exactly what you want on top. The list is packed with high-impact MV 4+ spells - Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait, Hullbreaker Horror, The Scarab God, Massacre Wurm, Living Death, Torment of Hailfire - and a dense ramp package (Birds of Paradise, Sol Ring, Carpet of Flowers, Exploration, Dryad of the Ilysian Grove) to power them out. The primary win is a massive Torment of Hailfire or Finale of Devastation fueled by the Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy + Enduring Vitality + Seedborn Muse mana engine, with combat from big beaters and Living Death reanimation as backups. It plays as a grindy, interaction-heavy value deck that out-cards opponents before closing with a huge X spell.
