Pillos Deck by eljaposai

Format: Commander

Commander: Rilsa Rael, Kingpin

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Dimir Rogue tribal deck helmed by Rilsa Rael, Kingpin, built around a swarm of unblockable Rogues that convert combat damage into card draw, treasures, and mill. The commander's initiative trigger and dungeon-completion buff (+5/+0, first strike, menace) turn a board of 1/1s into a real clock. The deck's primary win is incremental combat damage backed by engines like Anowon, the Ruin Thief, Bident of Thassa, and Coastal Piracy, with Notorious Throng providing an extra-turn finisher and Zareth San, the Trickster stealing key permanents. Copy effects - Double Down, Reflections of Littjara, and Mirror Room // Fractured Realm - multiply Rogue triggers. It is a grindy value deck that wins through inevitability rather than a fast combo.
