Rayne Blue Theft by H3racr055

Format: Commander

Commander: Rayne, Academy Chancellor

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue control and clone deck uses Rayne, Academy Chancellor to punish opposing interaction and build massive card advantage. By attaching low-cost Auras like Curiosity, Eel Umbra, and Security Bypass to Rayne, you turn every targeted removal spell into double card draw while establishing defensive tax engines. As the game develops, the deck steals high-value opposing permanents using Mind Flayer, Invoke the Winds, and Tempted by the Oriq, or copies them with Sakashima of a Thousand Faces, Clone, and Vizier of Many Faces. You win through overwhelming incremental value, burning the table with Psychosis Crawler, amassing flying tokens with Shark Typhoon and Homunculus Horde, or finishing with large evasive threats.
