Commander: King of the Oathbreakers

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Orzhov Spirit-tribal deck helmed by King of the Oathbreakers is built around a clever phasing loop: targeting your own Spirits with spells like Scapegoat, Pollen Remedy, Cauldron Haze, and Rabid Attack triggers the commander's phase-out, and when those Spirits phase back in they each spawn a flying 1/1 token. The deck then goes wide with a dense token engine - Spectral Procession, Lingering Souls, Thalisse, Reverent Medium, Kaya, Geist Hunter, and Oyobi, Who Split the Heavens - and closes games with the mass pumps Moonshaker Cavalry and Mirror Entity. Horobi, Death's Wail turns any targeted spell into universal creature destruction while the commander's phasing conveniently protects your own Spirits from it. Secondary drains come from Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, Thief of Hope, and Devouring Greed. The deck is a grindy, value-oriented token swarm rather than a fast combo deck.
