Deck overview

This deck is a mono-blue combo engine centered on Tui and La, Moon and Ocean. The commander turns every tap action into a card draw and every untap action into a +1/+1 counter. The deck leverages tap outlets like Relic of Legends, Honor-Worn Shaku, and Opposition alongside untap engines like Sinking Feeling, Freed from the Real, and Mind Over Matter. The primary game plan aims to assemble an infinite draw loop by Turn 5 using the commander, a tap-for-mana outlet, and Sinking Feeling. Because the untap counter trigger negates the -1/-1 counter from Sinking Feeling, the deck draws its entire library and closes the game immediately with Laboratory Maniac or Walking Ballista. Protection pieces like Kid Loki, Mithril Coat, and K-9, Mark I shield key permanents during setup. While light on instant-speed interaction, the deck compensates with explosive card flow and compact win lines.
