Deck overview

Sisay, Weatherlight Captain pilots a high-velocity competitive legendary toolbox and combo engine. The deck converts early mana acceleration into an overwhelming tutoring machine directly from the command zone. By leveraging five-color mana dorks such as Bloom Tender and Faeburrow Elder, Sisay reliably achieves operational readiness by turn 3. Once active, Sisay searches up uncounterable silver bullets at instant speed, including Teferi, Time Raveler, Lavinia, Azorius Renegade, and Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar to lock opponents out of stack interaction. The primary win condition is a compact infinite mana engine utilizing Emiel the Blessed and Derevi, Empyrial Tactician to repeatedly untap high-yield mana sources. With infinite colored mana online, Sisay tutors every legendary permanent from the library onto the battlefield. Samut, Hazoret's Champion grants immediate haste while Jodah, the Unifier inflates creature stats to lethal levels, eliminating all three opponents in a single decisive combat step. Backed by free countermagic, the deck blends blistering speed with unmatched versatility.
