Draw me like one of your French girls by Jlips915

Format: Commander

Commander: Arcanis the Omnipotent

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

The deck is a mono-blue draw-centric combo engine helmed by Arcanis the Omnipotent, whose tap ability provides a repeatable three-card draw each turn. The primary win condition is to draw through the entire library and deploy Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac for an instant win. Secondary routes include Triskaidekaphile (exactly thirteen cards in hand at upkeep) and Twenty-Toed Toad (twenty or more cards in hand or counters). The deck leverages untap effects (Cloud of Faeries, Frantic Search, Rewind) to generate mana advantage, a deep suite of counterspells and bounce for control, and recursion via Wisdom of Ages and Snapcaster Mage. Dream Halls and Temporal Mastery offer explosive plays, while the commander's raw draw power keeps the hand full. The plan is to accumulate card advantage, protect the combo turn, and win through a zero-library state.
