Deck overview

The Wise Mothman leads a Sultai rad/mill strategy that turns opponents' libraries into a resource. The primary plan is to stack rad counters and proliferate, milling everyone while growing a huge +1/+1 counter board. Bruvac the Grandiloquent is the hidden commander: with Bruvac out, any 'mill half their library' effect empties a player, and several instant/sorcery lines can close the game. Secondary paths are Rite of Replication on Mothman for mass rad, and commander/combat damage from an enormous Mothman. The deck is not the fastest combo pile, but it has redundant mill and counter synergies.
