Deck overview

Theoden, King of Rohan is a Boros Humans-tribal aggro deck built to weaponize enter-the-battlefield triggers: every Human that resolves becomes a double-strike buff for the best attacker. The list leans on a huge redundancy of token producers - Hanweir Garrison, Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, Horn of Gondor, Rally at the Hornburg, Increasing Devotion, and Visions of Glory - to flood the board, then scales that board with Shared Animosity, Beregond of the Guard, and Erkenbrand, Lord of Westfold before delivering multi-combat bursts through Combat Celebrant and Eomer, Marshal of Rohan. Card flow comes from Esper Sentinel, Mentor of the Meek, Tocasia's Welcome, and Skullclamp. It is explicitly not a combo deck; its inevitability is a wide, cheap, endlessly rebuilt battlefield protected by Teferi's Protection, Clever Concealment, Flawless Maneuver, and Boros Charm.
