Deck overview

This deck is a competitive Commander build commanded by Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. The primary plan leverages format-ceiling fast mana and 1-drop accelerators to deploy Sisay and a high-volume mana dork such as Bloom Tender or Selvala, Heart of the Wilds by Turn 2. On Turn 3, the deck pays {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} to activate Sisay at instant speed, tutoring Derevi, Empyrial Tactician to untap Bloom Tender, followed by Emiel the Blessed to generate infinite mana of all colors. With infinite mana and Sisay activations, the deck fetches Teferi, Time Raveler or Jennifer Walters // The Sensational She-Hulk to establish a total spellcasting lockout for opponents, tutors its entire legendary suite, and finishes the game on the spot with Finale of Devastation for lethal trample damage. A secondary Underworld Breach line provides immediate redundancy if Sisay is answered.
