Commander: Winter, Cynical Opportunist

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Winter, Cynical Opportunist leads a Golgari self-mill reanimator deck that aims to fill its graveyard quickly, reach delirium, and cheat large permanents onto the battlefield through Winter's end-step trigger and a suite of reanimation spells. The primary plan is to establish a deep graveyard using one-drop mill creatures and instant-speed self-mill, then deploy beaters like Demolisher Spawn and Living Death to overwhelm opponents. A minor Insect/Spider subtheme via Grist and The Swarmweaver adds grind and token production. The deck is a midrange value engine that wins through combat damage, with retrace effects from Six and Wrenn and Seven providing long-game inevitability.
