Arcades, The Strategist (V2) by Ado_Monte

Format: Commander

Commander: Arcades, the Strategist

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Arcades, the Strategist is both the draw engine and the attack enabler. The primary plan is to land Arcades on turn 3, chain cheap defenders into its trigger to refill the hand, and turn the high-toughness board sideways. The main kill is a one-shot poison swing from Triumph of the Hordes; Akroma's Will and Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive provide alternate finishers. High Alert, Assault Formation, and Bedrock Tortoise let the deck function even if Arcades is absent. There is no hidden commander; Rammas Echor, Plagon, and Kinnan serve as support and rebuild pieces. The Axebane Guardian + High Alert loop is a secondary unbounded-mana engine, while counterspells and Grand Abolisher protect the kill turn.
