Deck overview

Led by Tidus, Yuna's Guardian, this deck executes an aggressive Bant +1/+1 counters and proliferate strategy. The primary plan leverages low-cost creature drops and fast mana acceleration to establish early board presence, deploying Tidus on Turn 3 to trigger card draw and proliferation through combat damage. The deck rapidly scales creature power using counter doublers such as Branching Evolution, The Earth Crystal, and Bristly Bill, Spine Sower. By Turn 5, it presents a lethal combat clock bolstered by unblockable effects from Herald of Secret Streams or double strike from Chocobo Knights. Exceptional phasing protection from Clever Concealment and Ripples of Potential shields the board from opposing sweepers, while asymmetric board wipes like Damning Verdict and Wave Goodbye clear enemy blockers. Although lacking unconditional tutors and hard stax locks, the deck compensates with overwhelming functional redundancy, explosive mana velocity, and high-volume card draw to overwhelm opponents in rapid combat cycles.
