Commander: Council of Reeds

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Council of Reeds is a mono-blue token/clone engine rather than a voltron commander. Its legend-rule exemption and combat trigger reward casting one noncreature spell before combat each turn, producing an expanding swarm of 2/2 Councils. The primary plan is wide flying/evasion combat, supported by Curiosity Crafter and Kindred Discovery for card advantage and Patchwork Banner/Heraldic Banner for pump. Secondary paths include Mechanized Production on duplicated artifacts and a Laboratory Maniac line using Altar of Dementia to empty the library. Copy enablers Vesuvan Duplimancy and Orvar, the All-Form act as force multipliers. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built entirely around this single face.
