Deck overview

Chevill is a bounty-and-deathtouch control deck rather than a fast combo deck. Its primary plan is a turn-two commander, upkeep bounty placement, and repeat killing of bounty-tagged permanents to draw cards and gain life. Bounty Board, Bounty Hunter, and Termination Facilitator form a second bounty package and the closest thing to a hidden commander. Secondary paths lean on protected commander combat via equipment and Level Up, plus life-drain payoffs Sanguine Bond, Dima, Vito, and Enduring Tanacity. Bolas Citadel is the late-game value bomb. There is no double-faced commander here, and no single infinite kill; the deck wins through repetitive bounty triggers, gradual attacker, or a large Citadel activation.
